Product introduction

This 1270 nm 3 W semiconductor laser is built on an advanced InP multi-quantum-well epitaxial structure with an optimised thermal-management package, giving high electro-optical conversion efficiency, good beam quality and long-life reliability. As the first standard wavelength of O-band (1260–1360 nm) CWDM, 1270 nm brings clear advantages to high-speed optical communication, fiber sensing and selected medical applications.
