Product introduction

Built on type-II superlattice (T2SL) technology and a miniature cooling assembly, this 640 × 512 / 15 μm cooled detector combines very high thermal sensitivity, low power draw and excellent image uniformity. Its accurate response across the mid-wave infrared band makes it purpose-built for high-end civil imaging systems in industrial non-destructive testing, petrochemical gas-leak monitoring, power-line inspection and smart security.
