Product introduction

This 905 nm four-junction pulsed laser chip stacks four active regions vertically and widens the emitter to 110 μm, raising peak pulse power to 90 W. It suits automotive ToF LiDAR and industrial sensing systems that need greater reach while retaining the compact geometry and fast response of the four-junction platform.
