This 905 nm three-junction pulsed laser chip stacks three active regions vertically, delivering roughly three times the peak optical power of a conventional single-junction chip from the same emitting area. Its high optical power density, fast response, high conversion efficiency and high-temperature stability make it a core source for automotive LiDAR, autonomous driving and precision industrial sensing.
