Product introduction

This 808 nm high-power laser bar uses advanced quantum-well epitaxial growth with an optimised conduction-cooled package, delivering high optical output, very high electro-optical conversion efficiency, excellent temperature stability and long service life. The 100 W variant widens the array to 47 emitters at 50% fill factor, matching the absorption peak of Nd:YAG and similar crystals for high-power pumping, industrial materials processing and medical aesthetic systems.
